The Trust Portfolio Summary includes an individually shareable Dashboard for every academy. Trust leaders can view each Dashboard here, then open or download that academy's PDF without sharing the performance of other academies in the Trust.

Separate files protect academy confidentiality. A MAT can send each Dashboard to the relevant academy without circulating the Trust Portfolio Summary or any other academy's results.

Trust average and academy context

The Summary adds a consolidated average of the academies’ GAUGED Indices. A trust-level Dashboard shows the headline averages, while a variance table shows how far each academy sits above or below the Trust average in every Index area.

This provides a useful internal reference point without ranking unlike academies. Each academy’s Index still reflects its own phase-appropriate peer group.

How to interpret the Trust average: it is the arithmetic mean of the academies’ peer-referenced Indices. It provides a consolidated portfolio view, but it is not a separately peer-benchmarked Trust Index and carries no Trust quartile or ranking.
